Sorry this is coming late.
But here's an honest review.
When I ordered the yarn, I ordered five colours and there are only four in the package. Once I knew it's shipped, I waited for a few days and then tried calling the courier people. They said a specific monday from the day I called delivery guarantee. But I didn't get the yarn, they did not send it. And today afternoon, I saw that someone came and just dropped the box in the basement of my apartment. No one called, no msg saying it's delivered. Honestly, I can't say anything about the yarn because I'm new entirely to yarns. But there are only four not five. And the courier experience is bad and it still says on the way in the site. It would be helpful if someone can call me because I want to order more but this time I want to book my own courier and want to check if it is fine by you guys. I have some large volume orders and it will be helpful if someone can call me about it. And maybe just a little bit about the missing yarn from the order. Thank you.
